DESCRIPTION:La Fondita\, the beloved Mexican eatery in Amagansett\, will ce
 lebrate Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) on Sunday\, November 1 and 
 Monday\, November 2\, 2026\, with a special menu featuring traditional Mex
 ican dishes that honor the flavors and culinary traditions of the holiday.
  In honor of the occasion\, La Fondita will offer a selection of comfortin
 g\, authentic Mexican specialties for guests to enjoy.\n\nThe Día de los 
 Muertos specials will include:\n\n 	Coche Comedor’s Pollo en Mole Negro 
 ($22): Roasted boneless chicken thighs in a rich\, traditional mole negro 
 sauce\, served with Mexican rice\, black beans and five hand-pressed corn 
 tortillas.\n 	Tamal de Puerco en Salsa Roja ($18): A traditional tamal fil
 led with pork in salsa roja\, served with rice and refried beans.\n 	Tamal
  de Pollo en Salsa Verde ($18): A traditional tamal filled with chicken in
  salsa verde\, served with rice and refried beans.\n 	Tamal de Rajas con Q
 ueso ($16): A tamal filled with sautéed jalapeño peppers\, poblano peppe
 rs\, and cheese\, served with rice and refried beans.\n\nThe specials will
  be available for takeout at La Fondita on November 1 and 2\, and guests a
 re invited to enjoy these limited-time specials and celebrate the spirit o
