  celebrating a major milestone this fall: 20 years of bringing Long Island
  restaurants and diners together. Over the past two decades\, Long Island 
 Restaurant Week (LIRW) has not only supported the Island’s vibrant resta
 urant community but has also given back to the community it serves\, donat
 ing more than $40\,000 to local Long Island food banks and charitable orga
 nizations. One of the promotion’s primary beneficiaries over the years h
 as been The INN (Interfaith Nutrition Network)\, a Long Island nonprofit d
 edicated to assisting those challenged by hunger\, homelessness and profou
 nd poverty. LIRW is proud to have donated over $10\,000 to The INN over th
 e span of the promotion’s lifetime.\n\n"Since 2006\, The INN has been ho
 nored to have been one of the recipients of generous donations from Long

 ether."\n\nThe 20th anniversary of Fall Long Island Restaurant Week will t
 ake place from Sunday\, November 1 through Sunday\, November 8\, 2026\, in
 viting diners across the Island to celebrate two decades of exceptional di
 ning experiences\, outstanding local restaurants and unbeatable prix fixe 
 values.\n\nThroughout the week\, participating restaurants may offer a $25
  two-course lunch\, a $30 three-course dinner menu\, a $40 three-course di
 nner menu\, and/or a $48 three-course dinner prix fixe. Restaurants may ch
 oose to offer one\, two or any combination of the four prix fixe options d
 uring the promotion.\n\nEach participating restaurant is required to offer
  at least three options per course for dinner (appetizer\, entrée and des
 sert) and for lunch (appetizer and entrée or entrée and dessert). Partic
 ipating restaurants must offer the $25 two-course lunch prix fixe and/or t
 he $30\, $40 or $48 three-course dinner prix fixe all night\, every night 
 they are open\, or during lunch hours\, from Sunday through Sunday. On Sat
 urdays\, the prix fixe menu may only be offered until 7 p.m.\n\nSince its 
 inception\, Long Island Restaurant Week has encouraged diners to explore L
 ong Island’s diverse culinary landscape while providing restaurants with
  an opportunity to welcome new guests and reconnect with longtime customer
 s. This fall\, the promotion marks 20 years of celebrating the chefs\, res
 taurateurs and dining destinations that make Long Island a vibrant place t
 o dine.\n\nTo commemorate the milestone\, Long Island Restaurant Week is m
 aking its popular Gift Card Giveaway bigger than ever. In honor of 20 year
 s\, 20 winners will each receive a $100 gift card to a participating resta
 urant of their choice\, giving diners even more opportunities to experienc
 e and support Long Island’s restaurant community.\n\nThe 20th Anniversar
 y Gift Card Giveaway Sweepstakes begins on Monday\, October 26\, 2026\, at
  12:00 a.m. EST and ends on Monday\, November 9\, 2026\, at 11:59 p.m. EST
