 announces a summer benefit concert featuring jazz vocalist and composer Ge
 orgia Heers\, performing live with her quartet on the grounds of Duck Cree
 k in East Hampton on Thursday\, July 9 from 6 to 8 p.m.\, with a rain date
  of July 10 from 6 to 8 p.m. The evening will include a first look at mate
 rial from her highly anticipated debut album.\n\nHeers is among the most c
 ompelling young voices to emerge from the New York jazz scene in years. A 
 graduate of the Oberlin Conservatory and The Juilliard School (Master of M
 usic\, 2023)\, she made her Broadway debut before the age of 25 in George 
 Clooney's landmark 2025 production of Good Night\, and Good Luck — the
  first live play ever broadcast on CNN — and has since been performing a
 t the top jazz venues in New York City as she prepares to release her firs
 t record.\n\nShe will be joined by a quartet of serious New York musicians
 : Jason Clotter on bass\, who has shared stages at Carnegie Hall\, the B
 lue Note\, and Ronnie Scott's with artists including Samara Joy who perfor
 med at Duck Creek in 2021 before she won a Grammy for best vocal album in

 ums\, a Juilliard graduate named one of DownBeat Magazine's "25 for the Fu
 ture\," whose credits include Herbie Hancock\, Terence Blanchard\, and Wyn
 ton Marsalis\; and Will Hill on piano\, a Detroit-born YoungArts Foundat
 ion honoree who has performed at the Kennedy Center and Blue Note Tokyo al
 ongside Christian McBride.\n\nThe outdoor concert will be accompanied by l
 ocal fare from Montauk Pearl Oysters\, Balsam Farms\, Springs Brewery\, Ea
 st Hampton Wines &amp\; Spirits\, and Sagaponack Distillery — all includ
