The red carpet glittered in East Hampton on Oct. 10, 2025, as celebrities and fashion icons turned out for the world premiere of “Arthur Elgort: Models & Muses” at the Hamptons International Film Festival. The new documentary celebrates legendary fashion photographer and Southampton resident Arthur Elgort, whose signature candid “snapshot” style defined an era at Vogue.

Keith Richards of the Rolling Stones and his wife, supermodel Patti Hansen, lit up Main Street, joined by Christy Turlington Burns, one of the film’s featured muses, alongside Anna Wintour, Linda Evangelista, Naomi Campbell, and Cindy Crawford, among others.

Elgort arrived in fine spirits, greeting fans and photographers before the screening. His son Warren Elgort, who directed the film, seamlessly blends archival footage and classic images with modern-day reflections from the icons he captured. Emma Elgort, Arthur’s daughter and a producer on the film, was also on hand to celebrate.

Fashion insider and icon Fern Mallis warmly greeted Richards, Hansen, and the Elgort family on the red carpet at the UA Regal Cinema. Following the screening, the crowd stayed for an engaging Q&A with Arthur, Warren, and Emma Elgort, offering an intimate look at the man behind the lens and the legacy he inspired.
