Nick & Toni’s is often the place to be, and on Christmas Eve the iconic East Hampton restaurant is offering a special prix fixe menu (subject to change) featuring standout seafood dishes such as Bigeye tuna tartare, Montauk-poached red shrimp, local Little Neck clams and pan-seared halibut. Enjoy a thoughtful four-course holiday dinner served with plentiful family-style sides, including green beans, Brussels sprouts, whipped potatoes and yams. Starters include marinated bay scallop crudo and parsnip soup with Asian pear, followed by mains such as heritage turkey, wild king salmon and American Wagyu sirloin grilled over wild mushrooms with red wine sauce (plus $40).
