Hamptons Real Estate Power Move: Tim Morabito Rejoins Enzo Morabito at Douglas Elliman
A strategic reunion at Douglas Elliman brings Tim Morabito back alongside top Hamptons broker Enzo Morabito, combining next-generation momentum with one of the East End’s consistently top-ranked real estate teams.
One of the Hamptons’ most consistent real estate forces just got stronger.
Tim Morabito is returning to Douglas Elliman to join his father, Enzo Morabito — consolidating a multigenerational operation that has quietly dominated the East End market for years.
Enzo Morabito’s team is a perennial top performer in the Hamptons, regularly landing at or near the top of Douglas Elliman’s internal rankings across sales volume, transactions and overall production. In The Real Deal’s Hamptons rankings, the team has also remained firmly in the top tier, underscoring its staying power in a market defined by high turnover and fierce competition.

That consistency is the result of scale and longevity. With decades in the business and billions in career sales, Enzo has built a pipeline that spans legacy estates, waterfront properties and high-end new construction — the core of the Hamptons’ luxury market.
Now, Tim Morabito brings added momentum. After more than six years building his own business at Compass, he returns with an active pipeline and a track record of multimillion-dollar deals across Quogue and Westhampton Beach, including both new development and high-end residential sales.
Douglas Elliman, welcomed Tim back to the fold in a Facebook post, saying:
“We are thrilled to welcome Tim Morabito back to Douglas Elliman, where he reunites with his father, industry legend, Enzo Morabito to build on their successful partnership and further elevate one of the Hamptons’ top real estate teams.
With over 16 years of experience, deep local roots, and a client-first approach shaped by his background in construction and real estate, Tim brings valuable expertise and energy to this exciting new chapter.”

The father-son team have already been working in tandem behind the scenes — co-listing, sharing buyers and aligning clients — making this less a new partnership than a formal power consolidation.
In a market where access, inventory and relationships drive deals, the reunion creates a deeper bench and a wider reach across both legacy and next-generation buyers.
The Morabito team — already a family-run operation spanning multiple generations — now stands as one of the few Hamptons groups combining top-tier rankings, sustained volume and built-in succession.
