Sag Harbor is getting a new diner-supper club, Babes (formerly Nikki’s Hot Dog Stand), opening mid-May.

Buzz is building for Miracle (formerly Vin Sur Vingt) on Main Street in Sag Harbor from the team behind Fresno, led by Michael Nolan. Opening early May.

In East Hampton, Lion’s Nook Bar and Grill takes over the former Rowdy Hall and O’Malley’s space, opening early summer.

The team behind The Clam Bar has opened Sett Coffee in Amagansett—year-round coffee, summer energy.

In Montauk, Barlume Beach brings Italian Riviera vibes to the oceanfront with a May 22 opening.
