Now open — the newest Hamptons openings making buzz

Hotel Corduroy

Hotel Corduroy is now open for the 2026 season, bringing a 29-room boutique hotel experience to Montauk with a design-forward coastal aesthetic, reimagined interiors, and a focus on relaxed, elevated summer hospitality. The property opened in early May and is rolling into full seasonal programming for the summer.

Ketchy Beach is now in East Hampton with nighclub vibes

Ketchy Beach is now open as a new East Hampton nightlife destination, operating as a DJ-driven beach club with sunset-to-late programming and a seasonal, nightlife-focused format. The disco ball in the back room spins again.
