Hotel Corduroy
Montauk
Hotel Corduroy is now open for the 2026 season, bringing a 29-room boutique hotel experience to Montauk with a design-forward coastal aesthetic, reimagined interiors, and a focus on relaxed, elevated summer hospitality. The property opened in early May and is rolling into full seasonal programming for the summer.
Barlume Beach
Montauk
Barlume Beach is now open as a full-scale hospitality concept combining a boutique hotel, beach club, and waterfront restaurant along Lake Montauk, marking one of the season’s largest new openings.
Talya
Montauk
