Almond in Bridgehampton turns 25 on April 15, 2026 and the party comes with a serious dose of nostalgia: a one-night-only return to its 2001 menu — at 2001 prices.
Expect signature staples like escargot ($8), mussels ($7), roast chicken ($15) and the Burger “Deluxe” ($10), alongside French bistro classics including blanquette de veau ($17), steak frites Bordelaise ($19), crème brûlée ($6) and foie gras mousse ($14).
It’s the kind of throwback that feels very on-brand for Almond — a spot that’s managed to stay both a locals’ go-to and a perennial scene since opening in 2001. Under chef Jason Weiner, the kitchen has long balanced classic French technique with a strong commitment to sourcing from local farms, helping define the Hamptons’ early farm-to-table movement before it was everywhere.
