12 Dancers, One Cause: 6th Annual Dance the Night Away Benefits Cancer Alliance of Help & Hope
Celebrity Judges, Local Stars, and a Night of Glamour Raise Funds for Families Facing Cancer
An evening of glamour, excitement, and heartfelt purpose returns on March 13 as Cancer Alliance of Help & Hope presents the 6th Annual Dance the Night Away at the iconic The Breakers Palm Beach. Palm Beach’s original and most anticipated celebrity dance competition brings together society leaders, celebrity judges, and passionate community members for a night where dazzling performances meet meaningful impact.
At the heart of the evening are 12 local nonprofessional ballroom dancers who, after months of private instruction from Fred Astaire Dance Studios, will take to the dance floor in spirited competition. Each dancer commits to raising critical funds in support of CAHH’s mission: providing financial assistance, emotional support, and access to care for individuals and families navigating a cancer diagnosis.

Star Power and Celebrity Judges
Returning as master of ceremonies is Derek Hough — four-time Emmy winner and six-time Dancing With the Stars Mirrorball Trophy champion — guiding guests through a night of glamour and entertainment.
Judges include:
Susan Lucci
Cassie Donegan
Suebelle Robbins
Allison Stockel
They will help determine the Top Female and Male Dancer, along with other honors.
The evening also features the Lois Pope People’s Choice Award, presented to the dancer who raises the most funds through community support and voting. The award honors Lois Pope, whose extraordinary philanthropy and dedication to important causes have left a lasting local and national legacy.
Meet the 2026 Dancers
Gracie Abercrombie, Brittany Alexander, Lisa Bagocius, Marco Chianese, Ally Coulter, Tara Empson, Liz Rohaidy, Jacob Sinclair, Marissa Stissi, Missy Sullivan, Paul Tripaldi, and Rosalyn Yellin — 12 local personalities who have dedicated months to rehearsal and fundraising — will compete for top honors.
Community Leadership and Support
Event chairs Melissa Butterworth and Marina Galli lead the evening, with Grand Honorary Chairs Barbara and Al Marulli, Vice Chairs Camille Branca, Kristina Gustafson, Evelyn Treacy, and Michelle Worth, and Event and Dance Coordinator Bianca Blag, supported by a dedicated committee of Palm Beach leaders. The event is presented by Dr. Hamid and Soori Ardalan and supported by benefactor and table sponsors including CHANEL Palm Beach, Lois Pope, David Drennen and David Sarama, and Mark and Barbara Zand.
“This is going to be an incredible night full of energy, stunning performances, and a lot of heart,” said Stanton Collemer, CEO of Cancer Alliance of Help & Hope. “Dance the Night Away shows what’s possible when people come together to make a difference.”
Tickets and Impact
Tickets are $1,200; sponsorship opportunities are available. The event is expected to sell out.
All proceeds support Cancer Alliance of Help & Hope, which assists qualified local cancer patients by covering nonmedical bills, supplementing essential needs, and providing information and support. In 2026, the organization is on track to disburse more than $1.25 million to over 300 families.
