Long Island’s own Billy Joel is bringing one of his most iconic nights back to life.

Billy Joel: The 100th — Live at Madison Square Garden (The Complete Concert) arrives on DVD and Blu-ray May 29, 2026, via Sony Music Entertainment’s Legacy Recordings and Sony Music Vision.

The release captures Joel’s March 28, 2024 performance at Madison Square Garden — his 100th consecutive sold-out show at the venue, a milestone widely considered one of the greatest arena runs of all time.

Joel’s MSG Concert: 10M Viewers, 3 Emmy Awards

Originally broadcast on CBS, the concert drew 10 million viewers and went on to win three Emmy Awards. This expanded edition adds 11 previously unaired performances, giving fans the full scope of the historic night.

Backed by his longtime seven-piece band, Joel moves seamlessly through signature hits and deeper cuts. Highlights include “Uptown Girl,” “We Didn’t Start the Fire,” and “The Downeaster ‘Alexa,’” along with a standout appearance by Sting, who joins him for two songs, including “Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic.”

Concert to Broadcast on PBS

A newly edited broadcast version will also begin airing on public television stations May 29 through American Public Television and will be available to stream on the PBS app.

Filmed in 4K with 5.1 surround sound and directed by Paul Dugdale, the release captures the energy of a sold-out Garden crowd — and a defining moment in Joel’s New York legacy.
