Wellness out East is no longer just a morning workout before the beach. This summer’s scene includes new studios, reformer Pilates, HIIT, hot yoga, hotel pop-ups, outdoor classes and workout residencies that turn a sweat into a social plan. Here’s where to move, recover and reset from Southampton to Montauk.

The Pearl NYC is bringing its first Hamptons pop-up to WAVE Wellness in Southampton this August, with classes led by founder and former Knicks City Dancer captain Marcella Hymowitz. Tuesday’s Hip-Hop Sculpt blends mat sculpting with beginner-friendly choreography, while Thursday’s Dance Cardio Sculpt brings nonstop movement, music and a full-body burn. The Pearl will also host two classes at Post House in Sag Harbor on Aug. 16 and 29, with details to come.
