Hamptons’ Largest Home Lists for $35 Million
A newly built estate in Southampton, claimed to be the largest home currently for sale in the Hamptons, hit the market on Thursday for $34.95 million. It offers 23,000 square feet of living space with nine bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and four half bathrooms.
The property, known as Summerhouse, is located at 6 Olde Town in Southampton. At 23,000 square feet, it is about 1,000 square feet larger than La Dune, a notable Hamptons listing priced at $145 million, which remains the most expensive property available in the area.
