Alec and Hilaria Baldwin Pull $19 Million Amagansett Estate Off the Market Again

After multiple relistings and more than $10 million in price reductions since 2022, the celebrity couple has once again withdrawn its longtime Amagansett home from the market.

The Baldwin Hamptons Home Is Off the Market—Again

One of the Hamptons’ most talked-about luxury listings has taken another unexpected turn.

Alec and Hilaria Baldwin have once again removed their sprawling Amagansett estate from the market after nearly four years of price reductions, relistings and renewed attempts to sell one of the East End’s highest-profile celebrity homes.

Property records show the listing was withdrawn on July 8, just weeks after the asking price was reduced by another $1 million to $18.99 million. The home had most recently returned to the market in December 2025 with a $21 million asking price after previously being removed from listing services.

The property first hit the market in November 2022 for $29 million.

A Beloved Family Retreat

Despite repeated efforts to sell the estate, the Baldwins have spoken publicly about how much the property means to their family.

Earlier this year, Hilaria Baldwin shared a video highlighting some of her favorite memories at the five-acre property, calling it “a piece of paradise.”

“We spend summers in our pool. We go down to the beach… the kids go to camp there,” she said. “It is such an amazing place.”

In a social media post announcing the sale, she described the decision as “bittersweet,” saying the family was preparing for “a new adventure” while expressing hope that future owners would enjoy the home as much as they had.

Alec Baldwin echoed those sentiments last year, telling The New York Times that his seven children have been reluctant to part with the property.

“When I go up to the kids and say, ‘Want to sell the house?’ they go crazy,” he said. “It’s a kid’s home that I never want to leave.”

Inside the Amagansett Estate

Situated on approximately five acres overlooking protected agricultural reserve land, the cedar-shingled modern farmhouse offers the kind of privacy and amenities sought by luxury Hamptons buyers.

Highlights include:

  • Five bedrooms and eight bathrooms
  • Wood-paneled library
  • Private movie theater
  • Wine-tasting room
  • Chef’s kitchen
  • Gunite pool and spa
  • Outdoor pavilion with fireplace
  • Fenced vegetable garden
  • More than 1,200 square feet of covered porches and balconies

Previous marketing materials also noted opportunities to expand the estate with a guesthouse, tennis court and additional bedrooms, subject to approvals.

The property also served as the backdrop for the family’s TLC reality series, The Baldwins.

Why Hasn’t It Sold?

The home has become one of the Hamptons’ most closely followed luxury listings because of its unusual history.

Although the estate offers significant acreage, privacy and room for expansion, it has cycled on and off the market several times despite substantial price reductions totaling more than $10 million from its original asking price.

Whether the latest withdrawal signals a pause in marketing efforts or another change in the family’s plans remains unclear.
