Debut Class With Victoria Gibbs At WAVE Wellness

WAVE Social Wellness welcomes NYC-based yoga instructor Victoria Gibbs as Guest Instructor in Residence launching on Saturday, June 20 at 9:30am.

Known for her thoughtful, recovery-focused approach to movement, Gibbs will lead a summer series of infrared vinyasa classes designed to build strength, improve mobility, and support overall wellbeing. Her classes blend mindful sequencing with energizing flow, creating an accessible practice for students of all levels.

Victoria will be teaching throughout July and August at WAVE’s Southampton location.
