ARF Hamptons Bow Wow Meow Ball Honors Lisa McCarthy in East Hampton

More than 400 guests gathered for the annual benefit supporting the Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons, with Paul McCartney, Dakota and Elle Fanning, Aerin Lauder Zinterhofer and other notable guests in attendance.
The Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons celebrated its lifesaving mission and more than 50 years of helping animals at its annual Bow Wow Meow Ball on Saturday, Aug. 15, at the William P. The evening honored longtime ARF board member and animal advocate Lisa McCarthy with the Champion of Animals Award, recognizing her decades of dedication to ARF and commitment to animal welfare. McCarthy joined the ARF board in 2003 and served as president for eight years, helping guide the organization through a period of significant growth.
More than 400 guests gathered for cocktails, dinner catered by Olivier Cheng and dancing to music by GR1FN. Chuck Scarborough served as emcee, with Harry Santa-Olalla as auctioneer. Proceeds from the Bow Wow Meow Ball support ARF’s rescue and adoption programs, providing animals with shelter, medical care, training and opportunities to find loving homes.

ARF Hamptons’ next major event is its annual Stroll to the Sea Dog Walk on Saturday, Oct. 10, bringing dogs and their people together for the organization’s popular fall walk in East Hampton. Spark Hamptons will have more on the event as October approaches.
