The Arts Center at Duck Creek (https://www.duckcreekarts.org/) has announced the return of their Family Night series for the 2026 season offering free community programming open to all on Monday evenings. Guests are encouraged to stop by on the way home from work, camp or the beach for arts, crafts, music, food & fun! The series will begin on Monday, July 6 and will take place weekly through Monday, August 10. The lineup for Family Night, subject to change, is as follows:

Goat on a Boat July 6 from 5 to 7 p.m.

Goat on a Boat Puppet Theater is committed to inspiring creativity in young audiences through the art of puppetry, while also supporting emerging and established puppet artists. They create, produce, and present live puppet shows and creative workshops and work to serve and collaborate with diverse audiences, artists, and community partners. All of Duck Creek Family Night programs this summer will be hosted by Goat on a Boat founder and puppeteer, Liz Joyce! Learn more about Goat on a Boat here.

Our Fabulous Variety Show July 13 from 5 to 7 p.m.

Our Fabulous Variety Show’s mission is to create accessible, innovative cultural arts experiences and to bridge the opportunity gap by cultivating inclusive experiences for all. Founded in 2010 by Anita Boyer and Kasia Klimiuk, OFVS is a non-profit 501(c)3 performance and arts education organization that produces productions from full scale to showcase and provides educational performing arts programming to the east end community of Long Island. Members of the Shinnecock Nation July 20 from 5 to 7 p.m.

The Shinnecock Tribe has been living on Long Island for approximately 13,000 years. They were once part of a larger group that inhabited all of the island, which also was part of an even larger group that included all of New England. Our aim is to create new pathways for connection and conversation between the Shinnecock Indian Nation and the wider East End community. Learn more about the Shinnecock Nation here.

La Herencia July 27 from 5 to 7 p.m.

La Herencia is a nine-piece Salsa, Cumbia, and Latin Soul powerhouse based in Long Island, NY. Led by pianist and bandleader Nick Corredor, the group is on a mission to revive the golden era of salsa and bring its infectious rhythms back to the mainstream.

Real East End Brass August 3 from 5 to 7 p.m.

Real East End Brass, better known as REEB!, is a New Orleans-style brass band made up of musicians and educators based on the East End of Long Island, New York. REEB is best known for blending jazz, funk, and pop music into high-energy, one-of-a-kind performances. Learn more about REEB! Here.

The Great Ragidy Supreme August 10 from 5 to 7 p.m.

The Great Ragidy Supreme guarantees high-energy, modern magic shows for all ages. A popular choice for family events. His unique and theatrical performances combine comedy, music, and amazing interactive magic. Learn more about Ragidy Supreme here.

The food donors for the 2026 Family Night series are Almond Restaurant, Amber Waves, Balsam Farms, East Hampton Kitchen, Rita Cantina, Harbor Market & Kitchen, Maidstone Market & Deli, Shelly’s Kitchen, Springs Pizza, and Springs Tavern & Grill. The drink station for all six events is sponsored by Heras Fuel Oil Corp.
