Wellness brand SunLife Organics, known for juices, smoothies, and health-forward bowls, is expected to open this spring. The change has sparked strong local reaction given Estia’s long-standing presence in the community. Owner Khalil Rafati founded his company to “love, heal, and inspire” — a good start.

Some former Estia staff have already transitioned to nearby K Pasa in Sag Harbor.
