Bethenny Frankel Is Bringing Supermodel Café to the Hamptons

The reality star and Skinnygirl founder is bringing her viral food obsession from Instagram to East Quogue with a bagel-and-chicken-salad pop-up.

The Hamptons are packed with celebrity-backed restaurants, but Bethenny Frankel’s latest move skips the steakhouse vibe entirely. Instead, she’s channeling the chaos of her viral Instagram eats into real life — serving up a café that owes more to social media cravings than Michelin dreams.

Come August 13, Supermodel Café lands in East Quogue, taking over the old Goldberg’s/Goldbrew spot on Montauk Highway. If you’ve followed Frankel’s feed, the concept will feel instantly familiar: her signature “better for you” snacks now have a zip code. And yes, that zip code is west of the canal, an area Bethenny has been talking up lately, much to the raised eyebrows of some locals.

On the menu: bagels in every mood: plain, everything, cherry vanilla, sea salt. Flavored spreads take cues from trend and comfort: cacio e pepe, spicy sriracha, sweet cream. Then there are the lattes. She’s rolling out six, including pistachio coconut cream, honey cinnamon vanilla, banana cream, and strawberry matcha. Prices? Still a mystery, but in the Hamptons, you know the drill: why pay less?

Chicken salad might as well be Frankel’s spirit animal. Her “Chicken Salad Olympics” on Instagram turned a deli staple into internet sport, with millions watching her rank every crunchy, creamy bowl across Long Island. Naturally, her version lands front and center at Supermodel Café, right beside a lineup of low-calorie “Supermodel Snacks” — straight from the videos that inspired the name.

The whole thing came together in a blink. Frankel’s documented every step: three weeks from “here’s the lease” to door open.

So, will Supermodel Café stick around after Labor Day, or is this Hamptons summer romance strictly seasonal? Frankel’s teasing a traveling pop-up, a permanent spot, maybe even a reality show. Who knows? It all depends if Instagram likes and foot traffic match up.

For now, there’s a new reason to brave Montauk Highway traffic. Bagels, chicken salad, and Bethenny Frankel’s selfie-worthy snack empire — coming soon to one of summer’s busiest corners.
