The Hottest Hamptons Summer Pop-Ups & Shopping Guide: What’s Still Open and What’s Coming Next
From designer hotel takeovers and rotating retail residencies to vintage markets, shared closets and beachfront boutiques, here is where to shop from Westhampton Beach to Montauk through Labor Day and beyond.
August may mark the second half of the Hamptons season, but the East End’s shopping calendar is nowhere near finished. The weeks ahead bring designer takeovers, limited-edition collections, vintage markets, charitable trunk shows and new ways to borrow—or buy—a last-minute vacation wardrobe.
Mytheresa’s customized Airstream is making its final Hamptons stops through Thursday, August 6. The mobile boutique has been traveling among hotels, vineyards, restaurants and cultural destinations with a tightly edited selection of designer fashion and accessories.

Hampton Flea + Vintage returns to the Westhampton Beach Village Green twice before the season ends. The open-air market brings together vintage fashion, jewelry, accessories, art, home décor, handmade goods and other one-of-a-kind finds from a changing collection of vendors.

The August market offers another chance to shop before Labor Day, while the September date gives visitors one final East End treasure hunt after the busiest summer weekends have passed.

Set inside a cedar-shingled Hamptons cottage, Kith Women’s first dedicated East End pop-up brings together two distinct but highly compatible ways to shop.

Kith offers its Summer 2026 women’s collection, activewear, footwear, accessories, and Kith Kids pieces. Vivrelle presents designer handbags and jewelry that visitors can borrow or purchase. The property also features Kith hospitality offerings, including frozen coffee, matcha drinks and creamsicles, giving shoppers a reason to stay beyond a quick browse.

One of the East End’s signature charitable shopping events returns Thursday, August 6. The annual UJA Women’s Hamptons Trunk Show brings together fashion, jewelry, accessories, gifts and home goods, with a percentage of participating sales benefiting UJA’s work.

For four days only, Burberry will transform Topping Rose House into a full-brand summer destination.

The Hampton Classic may be known first for world-class equestrian competition, but its Boutique Garden and vendor areas have also become a major late-summer shopping destination.

The Maidstone has assembled one of the most extensive remaining designer schedules in East Hampton. Several fashion, jewelry, and menswear brands will rotate through the hotel during August, making the property a convenient stop for visitors who want to see multiple labels in one setting.

Downtown fashion destination ESSX has brought a seasonal concept store to East Hampton through October. The shop carries a fashion-forward mix of designers that includes Acne Studios, Our Legacy, Maison Margiela, Enfants Riches Déprimés, Willy Chavarria and Krost.

Along with its designer edit, the space is expected to host rotating activations and community programming, making it one of the season’s more contemporary alternatives to traditional luxury retail.

DICK’S Sporting Goods has taken a more boutique-style approach to its seasonal East Hampton location. Rather than operating as a traditional sporting-goods store, the Park Place space changes its merchandise and design throughout the summer.

Beginning August 27, the location will transition into a DSG “Back to Sport” assortment for the full family. Ralph’s Coffee has brought its recognizable green truck to historic Mulford Farm, where white wicker seating, green-and-white umbrellas and lawn games create an outdoor break from shopping around East Hampton Village.

The fashion-rental platform’s rotating edit features Hamptons-ready pieces from creators and members of the Pickle community. Visitors can rent looks in person and either return them at the pop-up or ship them back after their trip. Because pieces are continually added and borrowed, the racks will not look exactly the same from one visit to the next.

Opening August 8, The Alchemy Edit is one of the newest additions to Montauk’s late-summer retail scene.

The month-long concept will bring together independent brands across fashion, swimwear, jewelry, beauty, fragrance, accessories and home. Rather than centering on one major designer, The Alchemy Edit is positioned as a discovery destination for labels that may not have their own permanent Hamptons locations.

Dolce & Gabbana’s beachfront takeover turns Gurney’s into a blue-and-white slice of the Mediterranean.

The seasonal store carries apparel, beach essentials, towels and candles, while the resort’s Beach Club and East Deck have been dressed in the fashion house’s Blu Mediterraneo and majolica-inspired motifs. The Class is in residence at Magic Montauk through August 16, marking the movement practice’s first extended Hamptons pop-up in several years.
