Tea, tunes, for a cause that matters: LGBTQ+ healthcare.

Callen-Lorde Community Health Center’s annual Hamptons Tea Dance 2025 raised more than $210,000 to support LGBTQ+ healthcare, proving once again that dancing for a cause can change lives.

Held at Nova’s Ark Project in Water Mill, the celebration drew a crowd of familiar faces and fierce allies. Notable guests included Maulik Pancholy (Nuked), Countess Luann de Lesseps, DJ Jon Ali, Braunwyn Spinner, Assembly Member Rebecca Seawright, Council Member Erik Bottcher, Judith Kasen Windsor, Rob Smith, and David Hochberg.

Since 1992, the Hamptons Tea Dance has raised funds for organizations improving the lives of LGBTQ+ New Yorkers. Since 2016, proceeds have supported Callen-Lorde, the global leader in LGBTQ+ healthcare known for providing compassionate, comprehensive, judgment-free care — regardless of ability to pay.

“Our communities are currently under threat — but today we celebrate,” said Patrick McGovern, Callen-Lorde’s CEO. “We celebrate mobilization, commitment, and generosity. We celebrate a community that lifts up its vulnerable members.”

DJ Jon Ali kept the dance floor alive, spinning a joyful mix for the crowd. The Glam Award–winning tastemaker and music journalist has interviewed Lady Gaga, Robyn, Dua Lipa, and Madonna — but on this day, it was all about community.

“As someone who has benefitted from Callen-Lorde’s care, I’m honored to be part of such a beautiful event,” said Ali. “The goal is to bask in community love, dance, and raise money — so LET’S GO!”
