From buzzy restaurant returns to new hotel debuts, here’s what’s opening across the East End as the 2026 summer season accelerates.

The Hamptons is fully in motion, with long-awaited reopenings, fresh lifestyle concepts and new hospitality arrivals shaping the early summer landscape.

Wasabi Beach Sushi & Kitchen  (May 14)

The laid-back sushi favorite returns with its signature beach-town energy just in time for the season in Montauk.

Duryea’s Montauk Point (May 14)
The iconic waterfront destination reopens for another season of lobster rolls, lobster cobb salads, fresh fish, and rosé (and yes, the views).

Miracle (May 14)
The buzziest new opening from 3rd generation Sag Harbor native Michael Nolan  — beloved owner of Fresno in East Hampton. Miracle on Main Street in Sag will offer modern, curated American fare seven days a week in summer (lunch & dinner) and stay open year ’round. A lively bar crowd ordering dirty martinis is a no-brainer.

Camp Rubirosa (May 15)
The cult-favorite Italian-American pop-up returns for its second season, cementing its status as an East Hampton summer staple.

Amalfi (May 15)
The upscale Italian favorite returns with coastal Mediterranean flavors and polished waterfront dining in Hampton Bays.

Hotel Corduroy (Opened May 8)
A 29-room boutique hotel transforming the former Sunset Montauk has officially opened, adding a design-forward new stay to Montauk’s evolving hospitality scene.

The Hamptons Collective (Now Open)
Southampton’s newest cannabis dispensary adds a sleek retail concept to the village’s evolving lifestyle mix.

Jamagansett (Now Open)
A new Main Street sweet shop offering curated confections and elevated treats.

ID Hot Yoga (Now Open)

Ketchy Beach (Memorial Day Weekend)
One of the season’s most anticipated openings, bringing coastal dining, live music and DJ programming to East Hampton (back to its former location at 44 Three Mile Harbor Rd.)

Ma-Dé and Wayan (May 21)
Two NYC favorites bringing Southeast Asian dining energy to East Hampton, sharing the most gorgeous sunsets with its neighbor, EH Point.

Alba Spiaggia (May 15)
A new waterfront dining concept at Montauk Yacht Club bringing the spirit of coastal Italy to the East End. Yes, you can arrive by boat.

Lighthouse Café (June 3)
A new café at Montauk Point State Park offering Spanish-style small plates and all-day dining with sweeping coastal views.

GeekHampton (Opening soon) 
The longtime tech repair staple — scheduled to open on May 4 in Hampton Bays after relocating from Sag Harbor — is “putting the finishing touches” on the new place and will soon offer Apple-authorized repairs and concierge-level support. Right now, it’s tech support by phone.
