Costumes, spooky decorations and a guest list of New York political and social figures marked the Halloween evening on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.

New York City and East Hampton resident Patti Kenner hosted “Boo-tiful Night,” a Halloween gathering in support of New York State Assembly Member Rebecca A. Seawright, at her Park Avenue apartment on Oct. 31.

Guests arrived in costume for an evening of spooky decorations, refreshments and hors d’oeuvres, along with remarks from several current and former elected officials.
