R.AIRE at The Hampton Maid Announces Special Three-Course Menu for Fall Long Island Restaurant Week
R.AIRE at The Hampton Maid, the acclaimed dining destination located in Hampton Bays, is pleased to announce its participation in Fall Long Island Restaurant Week, taking place November 1 through November 8, 2026. In celebration of the annual culinary event, R.AIRE will offer a specially curated three-course prix fixe dinner for $48 per person, showcasing a selection of dishes inspired by Mediterranean and Spanish flavors.
The Restaurant Week menu invites guests to experience R.AIRE’s distinctive culinary offerings, with a choice of appetizer, entrée and dessert.
To begin, guests may select from five appetizers, including Caesar Salad with charred croutons, Manchego cheese and colatura di alici; Crispy Artichokes with black garlic aioli, pickled red onion, sweet gorgonzola and colatura di alici; Tuna Crudo with ponzu, scallions and spicy pistachios; Chicken Pintxo with Moroccan couscous and mojo verde; or Grilled Chorizo served with lemon aioli.
Entrée selections include Pan-Seared Organic Salmon accompanied by roasted rainbow carrots, crispy chickpeas, pickled raisins and beurre blanc; Confit Duck Thigh from Crescent Duck Farm with roasted fennel, crispy spinach polenta and demi-glace; and Paella Demarisco featuring calamari, mussels, shrimp and clams. Guests may also enjoy Mushroom Fideuà, prepared with seasonal mixed mushrooms, Spanish short-cut pasta and aioli, with the option to add Iberico pork for an additional $10, or New York Strip Steak served with mashed potatoes, blistered haricots verts and au poivre sauce for an additional $10.
To complete the dining experience, guests may choose from three desserts: Classic Flan, Tarta de Santiago with almond cake and fresh berries, or Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse Cake.
In addition to the Restaurant Week menu, R.AIRE will offer a special wine promotion featuring 30% off all bottles of wine Tuesday through Friday, with a $45 minimum food purchase.
