Fresno in East Hampton is opening a sister restaurant in Sag, Miracle. And it’s a miracle we can finally pronounce the place taking over from the former Vin Sur Vingt (told ya) at 29 Main St., Owner Michael Nolan, a third-generation Sag Harbor resident, is coming home. Expect American classics with elevated cuisine and a community-focused vibe. Designed by Nolan’s partner Helen Gifford of HelenBilt (think extra-special lighting) and led by Fresno chef Jesus Gonzalez.
