R.AIRE at The Hampton Maid Announces Three-Course Thanksgiving Dinner

This Thanksgiving, R.AIRE at The Hampton Maid invites guests to gather around the table for a festive holiday dinner on Thursday, November 26 from 2 to 7 p.m. The restaurant will offer a special three-course prix fixe menu for $85 per person, featuring seasonal ingredients alongside R.AIRE’s signature Spanish-inspired flavors.

Guests will begin with their choice of tapas, including Caesar Salad with charred croutons, Manchego cheese and colatura di alici; Harvest Salad with baby kale, roasted acorn squash, goat cheese, spicy pumpkin seeds, red onion and charred tomato vinaigrette; Lobster Pumpkin Bisque with crème fraîche and roasted pumpkin seeds; Croquettas with a choice of spinach and pine nut or codfish; or Chicken Pintxo with Moroccan couscous and mojo verde.

For the main course, Thanksgiving tradition takes center stage with Organic Roasted Turkey, served with mashed potatoes, mushroom stuffing, Brussels sprouts and cranberry chutney.

Additional entrée selections include Codfish with ratatouille and pil pil sauce; Crescent Duck Breast with crispy spinach polenta, roasted pears, citrus fluid gel and fig demi-glace; and Mushroom Fideuà, prepared with house-made stock, sofrito, Spanish short-cut pasta, seasonal mixed mushrooms and aioli, with the option to add confit duck thigh.

Guests may also choose the Grilled Wagyu Filet Mignon for an additional $10, served with truffle oil and Manchego cheese French fries, haricots verts and mushroom sauce.

To finish, dessert selections include Pumpkin Flan with caramel and whipped cream; Banda de Frutas featuring puff pastry, apples, pastry cream and sea salt caramel gelato; or Tarta de Santiago.

For younger guests, R.AIRE will also offer a special children’s Thanksgiving menu for $35 per child for 12-and-under, making the holiday dinner an option for the entire family.
